The staff of the Hotel S’ Adde proposes to own guests a healthy and genuine cooking, result of the Dorgalese and Sardinian ancient culinary tradition.
Typical dishes as the “pane frattau”, the ravioli stuffed with cheese, “gulurgiònes” (big ravioli stuffed with cheese and potatoes), the “tatalíu”, the lamb, the kidskin and the “porcetto” (roasted young pig), with many other specialties of the agro pastoral world, prepared following ancient prescriptions.
And in addiction to traditional cooking, you will be able to taste all of the national cooking dishes and, by request, the dietetic cooking, or the delicious pizza cooked in wood-burning oven.
In the summer days it is possible to have lunch in the open air in the wide garden in front of the restaurant hall.
The cooks of the Hotel S’ Adde will participate at the 2002 competition for traditional menu.
